With considered designer interiors, refined finishes and custom pieces—like ARBR mirrors, designed by Arist-in-Residence Fitzhugh Karol—Arturo+Lauren had an opportunity to create a film that proudly displayed on their brand channels.

Intro

Our involvement with Brooklyn Home Company began when a PR connection in our network sought an architectural and interior videographer for her vendor list. A business meet-up over drinks to get to know each other led to an opportunity a few months later. Brooklyn Home Company sought new assets to launch, market, and sell their newly constructed townhomes.

Client's Requirements

Her client, a renowned townhouse developer in Brooklyn, enlisted our services to capture the essence of two main units, amenities, and the neighborhood. Notably, the project involved multiple stakeholders: the realtor aiming to sell the units, the developer as the primary client, and a PR/social media company adding an extra layer of complexity.

Project Scope & Planning

The objective was to create engaging videos that not only showcased the townhouse units but also encapsulated the surrounding environment. Our two-day shoot incorporated drone and twilight shots for a cinematic touch. Planning was intricate, considering the varied viewpoints of the realtor, developer, and PR/social media team.

Execution

The shoot unfolded seamlessly, capturing the unique features of the townhouses and the vibrant neighborhood. Our team navigated the complexity of multiple perspectives, ensuring each stakeholder's vision was represented in the final product.

Results & Client Satisfaction

The end result was a video that exceeded expectations, satisfying all involved parties. Beyond serving as a powerful tool for selling the specific units, the video contributed to the broader branding goals of the developer. The collaborative approach not only met the immediate objectives but also provided content that could be utilized for the client's company branding as a whole.

Conclusion

This case study highlights our ability to not only meet the specific requirements of a complex project but also to navigate and satisfy the diverse needs of multiple stakeholders. The success of this collaborative effort underscores the effectiveness of our approach in delivering results that extend beyond individual projects, contributing to the overall branding and success of our clients.
